Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build and maintain positive and productive relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact.
∎ Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and requirements to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
∎ Proactively engage with clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
∎ Regularly communicate with clients, address concerns, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
∎ Develop a deep understanding of clients' industries, trends, and market conditions to offer strategic insights and add value.
∎ Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
∎ Respond promptly to client inquiries, requests, and complaints, providing accurate and comprehensive information.
∎ Coordinate with relevant departments to address client needs, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure timely resolution.
∎ Keep clients informed about new product launches, updates, and promotions, and provide relevant documentation or materials.
∎ Monitor and track key client metrics, such as revenue, usage, and customer satisfaction levels.
∎ Conduct regular account reviews to assess clients' needs, goals, and challenges, and identify areas for improvement.
∎ Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and collaborate with the sales team to pursue them.
∎ Prepare and deliver reports and presentations on client performance, highlighting achievements and recommending strategies for growth.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to enhance client retention and loyalty.
∎ Conduct client satisfaction surveys, gather feedback, and implement improvement initiatives based on the results.
∎ Proactively address any potential issues or concerns that may impact client satisfaction or loyalty.
∎ Identify and celebrate client milestones or achievements to strengthen the client relationship.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
∎ Analyze market and competitor data to identify opportunities, threats, and emerging client needs.
∎ Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams for product or service enhancements or new offerings.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 23 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience in client relationship management or account management roles.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
∎ Strong customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with clients.
∎ Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to address client issues effectively.
∎ Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
∎ Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
∎ Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications.
∎ Ability to adapt to changing client needs and priorities.
∎ Positive attitude, resilience, and a drive for continuous improvement.
