Responsibilities & Context:

Location: Remote (Night Shift)

Work Hours: 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM (Bangladesh Time)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Client Onboarding Coordinator to manage the onboarding process for our newly acquired clients. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing email communications, coordinating with the authority that sends clients, and ensuring all required data is accurately recorded in our internal systems. You will also be responsible for maintaining our official CRM and ensuring that all relevant team members are kept informed with up-to-date information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor incoming emails to identify new clients and initiate the onboarding process.
  • Communicate with the authority responsible for sending clients, responding promptly to any inquiries or requests for information.
  • Accurately record all client data in the internal application, ensuring that it is up-to-date and complete.
  • Maintain the official CRM system, ensuring that all client information is properly logged and easily accessible.
  • Perform required data entry tasks, ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Regularly update other team members on the status of new clients and any important information related to their onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless onboarding of new clients.
