Responsibilities & Context:
Provide interpretation services during meetings, interviews, conferences, and other official events.
Translate official documents, emails, and reports as required by the management.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and impartiality at all times.
Support communication between departments and with external partners, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding.
Maintain confidentiality and neutrality while interpreting sensitive or confidential information.
Ensure cultural and linguistic accuracy in translations to avoid misunderstandings.
Listen carefully, retain key information, and deliver accurate meaning without omissions or additions.
Adapt communication style and tone according to the context and audience.
Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and strong interpersonal skills in all assignments.
