Additional Requirements:

• Age 25 to 35 years

- Experience in chiller and/or compressed air system maintenance. 

- Knowledge of HVAC control panels, PLCs, sensors, and safety devices. 

- Ability to read system diagrams and operate diagnostic tools. 

- Strong troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities & Context:

Chiller System: 

- Operate and monitor industrial chiller units (air-cooled/Scroll chiller). 

- Perform routine maintenance including condenser and evaporator coil cleaning. 

- Troubleshoot and repair issues related to compressors, pumps, sensors, and refrigerant. 

- Check and refill refrigerants, maintain temperature and pressure levels. 

- Record daily readings and performance logs.

-Maintain accurate maintenance records and checklists. 

- Follow safety protocols while handling high-pressure systems and refrigerants.

 - Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams during breakdowns or shutdowns.

 - Assist in installation or upgrades of HVAC or compressed air systems.

 -Maintain PM works as per schedule and keep update

 

Air Compressor: 

- Operate and inspect rotary screw or piston-type air compressors. 

- Conduct preventive maintenance (oil changes, filter replacement, leak checks). 

- Troubleshoot and repair air leaks, electrical faults, and pressure issues. 

- Monitor air dryer and moisture separator performance.

- Maintain airline cleanliness and system pressure balance.

- Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams during breakdowns or shutdowns.

 -Maintain PM works as per schedule and keep update.
