∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing the daily business and administrative operations and improving operating procedures for optimal efficiency,
∎ Work through the management team and medical leadership of the hospital, serving as a resource to help reduce costs, enhance revenues, achieve effective utilization and quality goals and objectives, analyze and utilize information to develop and support management decisions,
∎ Assessing and enhancing the efficiency of internal and external operational processes,
∎ Leading and motivating staff to achieve sales and organizational objectives,
∎ Mentoring and inspiring employees to key into the vision of management,
∎ Establishing policies that improve and promote company vision and culture,
∎ Evaluating company performance and recommend strategies to improve results,
∎ Collaborating with management and other stakeholders to raise capital and carry out other business-expanding strategies,
∎ Drive service development, modernization and innovation across the divisions, promoting a culture of continuous service improvement,
∎ Ensure Divisions meet their financial objectives and cost improvement targets and contribute effectively to the annual planning programme and the development of business plans,
∎ Lead the Clinical Divisions in contributing to and implementing organizational strategic aims, developing a shared understanding and commitment to these aims.
∎ Ensure effective systems, processes and performance management arrangements are in place to deliver high standards of performance and the quality of patient services,
∎ Develop new business strategies to enhance market share and improve overall performance,
∎ Ensure JCI and CAP accreditation,
∎ Establish a measure of performance, increase productivity, quality improvement, cost control, and efficient utilization of facilities,
∎ Ensure the consistent and effective execution of key systems and processes that make effective use of organizational resources,
∎ Create a work environment in which employees are committed to their organization and feel pride and job ownership.
