Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in any discipline. CFA/ FCA / FCMA is preferable.
∎ Obtained BSC & BED Graduation Degree from the University of Chattogram & Specialized in Industrial Management from City & Guilds institute London, UK.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day activities and affairs of the Fund manager.
∎ To expertise work on capital market instruments as per alternative investment Rule 2015.
∎ To ability work regarding Private Equity fund, venture capital fund, impact fund as alternative investment fund from time to time.
∎ Formulate policies and prepare an investment and fund management guidelines for the Fund Manager.
∎ To plan, develop, evaluate and advise to the Board regarding investment to start up business.
∎ Assessing the market research and Investment analysis as alternative investment Fund manager.
∎ To ability on prepare and analysis of Financial Modeling.
∎ To monitor the activities of portfolio management.
∎ Oversight and direction of Acumen's investment portfolio, including quality control and investment approach.
∎ Continued development of business practices and investment analysis within Acumen.
∎ Develops and recommends investment policies and strategies for the company.
∎ Reviews and monitors portfolio risk characteristics and compliance with investment guidelines.
∎ Overseeing organizational policy, strategy and initiatives to advance the organization
∎ Liaising with respective regulatory authorities.
∎ Regular reporting to the Board.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have Minimum 5 years relevant job experience.
∎ Experienced in Alternative Investment Fund Management & operation.
∎ Well conversed in Bangladesh Securities & Exchange Commission (BSEC) rules & regulations including Mutual Funds.
