• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in training program design, coordination, or skill development (preferably in similar institution settings); PhD and extensive experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and networking skills. Ability to manage stakeholders including industry partners and university administration.                                 

Chief Operating Officer at Skill Development Institute (SDI)

• Lead and oversee all operational functions of the Skill Development Institute

• Manage course design, program coordination, and training delivery

• Establish and maintain industrial and employer linkages for practical training and placements.

• Supervise staff including trainers and administrative personnel

• Ensure regulatory compliance with bodies like NSDA

• Coordinate with the Placement Centre to facilitate student employment
