Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Excellent Relationship & Follow-up with Prospects & Clients.
∎ Assist in planning, forecasting and setting departmental lead targets with new ideas, activities, plans and budgets,
∎ Managing the marketing & Sales team, Media & Public Relation, and Corporate Relationship to meet the lead target and brand optimization,
∎ Collect, Forecast and analyze the Market Data for Operating Plan.
∎ Maintaining good liaison with various media to gain maximum mileage from company Public Relation and brand image,
∎ Set digital Marketing Strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blog).
∎ Create new ideas for activation, and events for lead generation and jointly work with other departments i.e. Logistics and sales,
∎ Ensure Customer Information is maintained accurately in the Customer Database.
∎ Plan and create corporate relationship as per strategic requirement,
∎ Keep communication with existing clients of the company and coordinate with the customer services (Sales) department for any requirements and keep customers satisfied to meet their demand,
∎ Submit Regular survey reports to the Management, and assist in preparing strategies to overcome every changed circumstance,
∎ Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends to the Management,
∎ Ensure achievement of individual and departmental lead targets,
∎ Coordinate and conduct meetings with sales cluster to assist management and provide minutes to management and execute meeting minute feedback accordingly,
∎ Vendor management, agency coordination, maintaining communication and Guiding the external production teams with ideas, content and their timely delivery,
∎ Ensure brand itinerary, sales logistics i.e. brochures, flyers, leaflets and presentation content,
∎ Conduct weekly updates and progress meetings with the Management,
∎ Regular visit the project and identify the progress and scope of development of the product,
∎ Acknowledge and execute any other idea, or task given by the management when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 or more years working Experience in Real Estate & Building Development Industry.
∎ Sufficient Knowledge on Land/ Real Estate/ Developer Business and present market scenario.
∎ Portray effective leadership to ensure positive customer experience through motivating and inspiring team work.
∎ Should be Smart, Energetic, Self-motivated.
∎ Customer friendly Attitude & Polite Behavior.
∎ Extensive Knowledge in MS Office Package.
