∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ICAB/ ICMAB

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and supervise all aspects of the Accounting & Finance functions of the organization.
∎ Establish and ensure efficient operation of a robust Internal Control system in the company.
∎ Assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and company's long-term strategy;
∎ To lead the Accounts and Finance people and ensuring the growth of the company.
∎ Implement cost minimization process effectively aiming to maximization of company profit.
∎ Prepare periodical financial statement and submit to the management on regular basis.
∎ Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the Management and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations;
∎ Oversee long-term budgetary planning and costs management in alignment with the goal of the organization;
∎ Financial analysis for project profitability analysis, Investment Analysis, Segment profitability analysis, business forecasting etc. applying modern accounting techniques.
∎ Prepare and maintain regular financial planning reports; Monthly profit and loss forecast;
∎ Supervise and ensure of preparation of month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial statements;
∎ Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations and corporate/overhead cost allocation;
∎ Oversee cash flow planning, ensure availability of funds as needed, financing strategies & activities, as well as banking relationships;
∎ Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems;
∎ Any other assignment to be assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 36 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Accounts, Finance, Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Strategic Planning, Cash Management etc.
∎ In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law, Tax, VAT, and risk management practices.
∎ Excellent leadership skills
∎ Knowledge of current world financial and economic trend.
∎ Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills
∎ Team building skills
∎ Decision making skills
∎ Effective verbal and written communications skills
∎ Good knowledge in Computer specially in ERP, MS Office, Internet, etc;
