Job Responsibilities:
∎ The CFO provides both operational and programmatic support to the organization.
∎ He supervises the accounts & finance department is the chief financial spokesperson for the organization.
∎ As a part of the Top management the CFO will directly assists the management on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding.
∎ Supervise and Ensure proper maintenance of accounts of a group of companies.
∎ Ensure financial planning for business unit.
∎ Monitoring and checking of all types of expenditure for ensuring accuracy of transactions
∎ Evaluation and ensuring proper internal control system in all areas as per requirement.
∎ Preparation and analysis of financial statements.
∎ Forecasting of cash flow and works relating to Restructuring/ Re-financing of the Group and its sister concerns.
∎ Ensures the fund received & disbursement/payments & reconcile it time to time.
∎ To prepare, distribute and archive audit reports and conduct audit follow up.
∎ Assists contribute to design & development of internal audit tools & systems.
∎ Must have comprehensive Knowledge of modern financial management in relation with audit.
∎ As key financial performer responsible for fund arrangement from Banks, Financial Institutions and the like locally and internationally.
∎ Expose financial operation, accounting & reporting, crafting and developing internal control system.
∎ Define, design and analyze business process and monitoring cost and profitability statement. Planning for long term and short term capital requirements.
∎ Supervise, monitor and control the assets management and movement.
∎ Perform other task as assigned by the management /authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ At least 3 to 5 years working experience in a well reputed organization as Chief Financial officer.
∎ The candidate should have minimum 15 years experience in any manufacturing group of industries (Corporate House).
∎ Must have strong leadership, qualities to supervise, lead, guide the large professional Finance & Accounts team.
∎ Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure.
∎ Fund Management experience both in local and abroad in the relating field is preferable.
