Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System
∎ Post-Graduation in Accounts & Finance from a reputed university/Professional degree from ICAB (ACA/FCA) / ICMAB (ACMA / FCMA)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Upgrade and streamline Account and Finance department to an acceptable RMG industry standard
∎ Establish credibility of Accounts & Finance department by providing timely and accurate accounting and financial services to the entire Company
∎ Prepare and implement short, medium and long term financial plans to achieve business goals
∎ Ensure efficient fund management portfolio for the company
∎ Implement proper reporting system for controlling and monitoring of all financial transactions
∎ Ensure all regulatory compliance relating to company act, customs duty, income tax, /VAT etc.
∎ Support production and marketing teams through product costing analysis and pricing
∎ Maintain strong relationships with management team members so as to identify their needs and advise them on the financial implications of business activities
∎ Guide management for establishing sound financial management practice
∎ To lead the overall financial management including budgeting and forecasting, capital management, cash flow management, cost and profit analysis, assessing risk of investments etc. to achieve company's short and long-term financial goals.
∎ Assist management to formulate and administer financial policy to ensure that financial discipline is maintained in the organization effectively and efficiently.
∎ Ensure that all financial policies of the organization are in compliance with the Statutory / Regulatory bodies.
∎ Develop and implement strategy to maintain smooth cash flow throughout the year.
∎ Plan and optimize shareholders' satisfaction level and develop best financial practices in the Organization.
∎ Assist and advise the management in financial decision making and also brief the Board members with finance related information as and when required.
∎ Provide guidelines to the direct reports regarding the following matters:
∎ Financial Reporting
∎ Budget and Budgetary Control
∎ Conducting Statutory or Special Audit
∎ Corporate Tax and VAT Issues
∎ ERP Automation
∎ Internal Control System
∎ Ensure all financial reports as required by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounting, Accounting Software, Audit, Business Research, Commercial/ Export-Import, Corporate Finance, Finance/ Accounts, Strategic Planning
∎ Minimum 6 years of experience including at least 3 years as the Head of Finance/Account in a renowned organization.
∎ Good understanding of budgeting, Budgetary Control, financial forecasting, capital management, cash flow management, ratio analysis, Business Analysis, etc.
∎ The capacity for managing a wide range of banking network.
∎ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Should have good leadership and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making.
∎ Highly motivated, with a curious mind and passion for excellence and innovation.
