Education:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Accounting, Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance, Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance, Accounting
∎ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field from a recognized institution.
∎ Professional qualifications such as CA/CMA/CPA/ACCA are preferred.

∎ Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in a senior financial leadership role.
∎ Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance requirements in Bangladesh.
∎ Experience in working with donor-funded projects or international sporting bodies will be an added advantage.
∎ Proven leadership, communication and strategic planning skills.
∎ High level of integrity, professionalism and accountability.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee the overall financial operations of the Federation, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, financial reporting and audits.
∎ Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards, including FIFA and AFC financial guidelines.
∎ Develop and implement financial strategies to support BFF's strategic goals and sustainable growth.
∎ Manage financial risk, funding, investment activities and long-term financial planning.
∎ Supervise the finance team and ensure effective internal controls and governance processes.
∎ Coordinate with external stakeholders including banks, regulatory authorities and funding partners.
∎ Prepare timely and accurate reports for the BFF Executive Committee, FIFA, AFC, and relevant authorities.
∎ Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Control, Margin Analysis, Costing Management Reporting.
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts.
∎ Develop the finance team strategy to be able to improve and execute financial policy and accounting procedure from time to time according to FIFA guidelines.
∎ Analyze and make recommendations on overall financial development plan and budget.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.

∎ Bangladesh Football Federation (BFF) is the National Governing Body for football in Bangladesh. Bangladesh Football Federation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join as the Chief Financial Officer. The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for: Effective cost control, risk management and planning organization financial strategies and compliance in all aspect. The Basic Functions: As CFO, the Incumbent is responsible for managing the overall day-to-day operations and strategic functions of Finance, Accounts, Tax & VAT departments through monitoring a large group of employees in the organizations
