Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): 3 star Hotel or equivalent Hotel, Agro based industry and Auto Rice Mill Industry., Business Operations Support, Business Product Development, Cost Reduction Quality Assurance, Ecommerce opperatation, Medical Equipment Sales Marketing., Multinational Companies, Pharmaceutical product Sales, Production activity
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Pharmaceuticals, Restaurant, Retail Store, Supply Chain

∎ This includes Supply Chain (Planning, Operation, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Goods movements, imports, commercial everything that supply chain has).
∎ This includes the whole Finance, Accounting, Audit, and everything our overall finance department has. This includes the whole Human Resource Management, and it includes any other function in the value chain of the company.
∎ All these need to be properly documented and implemented throughout the company.

∎ Deliver results & excellence in execution.
∎ Deliver key financial targets,
∎ Deliver key sales scorecard targets, achieve negative working capital,
∎ Deliver 12 Stock turnovers in a single financial year, Work with the MD to build the business capability of the team.
∎ Move process from manual to automated having all aspects of Planning, Buying and Selling, integrated and optimized.

∎ Ensure implementation of learning and development plans and sustained learning for everyone in the Company.
∎ Take ownership of drive & capability development in the business goal, in close coordination with MD, and drive improvements in results as measured by the retail capability Scorecard.
∎ Own the retail talent pool in the Company and drive decisions related to key people.
∎ Ensure that teams have the resources and assets needed to deliver desired results.
∎ Ability to develop and execute a process-driven organization with SOP, and Process Manuals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 62 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Successful management experience with direct responsibility for a top management team, and a demonstrated track record of delivering top-line growth and bottom-line performance. The ideal candidate is currently or has been a CEO of a business unit within a sizable National / international FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Goods Industry.
∎ Strong track record of delivering profitable growth with a good strategic sales and marketing plan.
∎ Solid track record of building business in Bangladesh.
∎ Strong in managing a sales and marketing operation especially with good experience in managing a portfolio of brands.
∎ Understand the distribution structure and channel management of FMCG, Retail, or Consumer Goods product in Bangladesh. Excellent experience in the unique characteristics of direct sales efforts and distributor arrangements within Bangladesh.

Salary: Negotiable
