Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Architecture (M.Arch) in Architecture
∎ BUET, CUET, RUET, KUET students will get preference.
∎ Study in abroad will get more preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all architectural design, plan & drawing and lead the architectural team efficiently according to the organizational need.
∎ Responsible to run the Architectural department, smoothly & efficiently with quality output of architectural design in respect of stipulated time.
∎ Prepare Architectural plan, elevation, and detail drawings on the basis of present RAJUK rule, understand engineering drawings related to work, particularly architectural, structural drawings Interior and other associated drawings.
∎ Responsible to develop the plan & concept of a project and transfer it to the architect team for further developments. He will supervise and oversee the team to develop all the architectural drawings as we as budget and all other related activities.
∎ Prepare the schedule of architectural design and drawing of total projects and transfer to construction related departments for action.
∎ Responsible for following up new projects from planning, drawing, material selection and working with other engineers.
∎ Maintain liaison with various Government, semi-Government, Autonomous bodies for various approval of construction works and infrastructure project.
∎ Site control & site visits for proper implementation of Architectural design.
∎ Sound knowledge in modern Furnishers Design, Architecture, Exterior Design, Interior Design, updated information about materials as well as estimation.
∎ Ability to create new product idea & unique furnishers Design based on customer convenience, preferences and nobility as well as brand promotion.
∎ Ability to create unique Exterior & Interior Design of furnishers’ showroom based on company’s brand value.
∎ Supervision of construction as per design and drawing like Architectural, Structural, Plumbing and Electrical system of projects.
∎ Complete of all the documentation required for the project.
∎ Prepare project budget in details and allocate the resources accordingly considering expenses.
∎ Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures.
∎ Other related activities related design as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Work experience in abroad will get more preference.
∎ Experience to travel at least 10 countries for business or study purposes will get more preference.
∎ Innovative and dynamic candidate will get more preference.
∎ Should be member of IAB and must have RAJUK enlistment.
