Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Chief Accounting Officer to join our team. The Chief Accounting Officer will play a pivotal role in driving financial growth and stability within our organization. The Chief Accounting Officer will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring the overall financial health of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare the monthly, Quarterly, and yearly Financial Statements and submit the same to the Team.
∎ Operate the Company's financial planning.
∎ Develop investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks.
∎ Control and evaluate the organization's fundraising plans and capital structure.
∎ Develop & implement policies and procedures for accounting, internal control, financial planning, and reporting.
∎ Take initiative for improving operational efficiencies, controlling overheads, and optimizing working capital.
∎ Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization's operations by coordinating with the
∎ Develop and maintain working relationships with Bankers, Auditors, and regulatory agencies.
∎ Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments.
∎ Manage overall Tax & VAT matters of the Company which includes but is not limited to:
∎ payment, processing, and submission of Tax & VAT returns/reports on time, handling external
∎ Audits/Disputes/Appeals and maintaining good relations with relevant authorities.
∎ Perform Special tasks, as assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Stock Broker Market / Merchant Bank / Asset Management / Financial Institute.
∎ Excellent knowledge of data analysis, forecasting methods, and reporting.
∎ In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law, Tax, VAT, and risk management practices.
∎ Selected candidate has to go for a probationary period of 6 months and sign a non-compete agreement to serve the organization for at least 05 years.
∎ Must be HONEST, Sincere, Punctual, and Disciplined.
∎ Proficiency in verbal and written Bangla and English.
∎ Excellent computer knowledge with good command on MS Excel, and MS Access among other packages of MS Office, and commanding ability on Internet Browsing.
∎ Excellent Written and Communication skills in English and Bangla.
