Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have sound knowledge in computerized accounting, financial planning, cost, budget, audit, banking, Income Tax & VAT, insurance and other related activities;
∎ Actively participate in the company's business planning process including new business to prepare the annual operation plan.
∎ To strictly supervise the realization of sales and exports proceeds as per sales contract and commercial invoices and submit month ending reconciliation statements with outstanding sales proceeds (Trade Debtors statement).
∎ To Prepare and review the month ending product wise cost statements detailing overhead cost & financial statements, reports etc.
∎ To check daily Jute purchases and arranges Jute bill payment as per company's system.
∎ To Prepare year ending final account, meet audit queries and communicate findings and with recommendations to top management.
∎ To supervise the accounts department and perform the normal accountings jobs and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, compliance and financial procedures.
∎ To Supervise, monitor and control the every financial matters of the company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ 8 to 10 years experience preferably in Jute Manufacturing sector.
