• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

• Master`s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile

• Professional certification (CA/ACCA/CMA) will be given preference

• Minimum 5 year experience as Chief Accountant in an export oriented Spinning mills.

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, VAT, tax, Customs, Import and Export matters and financial regulations

• Utilizing and overseeing financial systems, including ERP and Tally software, to ensure data accuracy and reporting efficiency.

• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the overall accounting and financial activities of the company

• Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial information

• Maintain compliance with local laws, tax regulations, and corporate policies

• Monitor cash flow, cost control, and financial planning

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities

• Supervise accounting staff and ensure proper internal controls
