Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Business Administration.
∎ Experience in Chartered Accountant firm will be given preference.
∎ Preferred CA (Certificate Level) /CMA (Business Level) /ACCA (Skill Level).
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures.
∎ Maintain and file all invoices and other applicable supporting documentation.
∎ Prepare and submit document for annual accounts of AOS.
∎ Prepare VAT and TDS reports, and submit report to NBR on time.
∎ Prepare all necessary periodic and year-end reports.
∎ Calculate weekly NAV every week.
∎ Keep up to date all accounting entry in software.
∎ Ensure timely payment to suppliers, preparation and allocation of vouchers.
∎ Follow-up banking transaction & reconciliation statement update time to time.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of petty cash.
∎ Preparation of half yearly & yearly accounts.
∎ Preparation of quarterly, half yearly & yearly budget.
∎ Follow-up monthly payable and receivable including all party accounts.
∎ Payroll management & Bank correspondence.
∎ Performing VAT & TAX related works.
∎ Corresponding with DCT, (VAT & TAX) issue.
∎ Corresponding with internal & external auditor;
∎ Assist the MD in preparing different MIS reports
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Chartered Accountant firm will be given preference.
∎ Be honest, trustworthy, respectful and flexible.
∎ Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, suppliers to maximize performance and results.
∎ Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning Company's financial, suppliers and employees information.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.

∎ Ability to meet assigned deadlines.
∎ Ability to communicate and build relationships with people at different levels.
