Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ FCA/FCMA/ ACMA

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 18 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess organizational performance against both the annual budget and company's long-term strategy;
∎ Develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the Management and make actionable recommendations on both strategy and operations;
∎ Oversee long-term budgetary planning and costs management in alignment with the goal of the organization;
∎ Prepare and maintain regular financial planning reports; Monthly profit and loss forecast;
∎ Supervise and ensure of preparation of month-end, quarter-end and year-end financial statements;
∎ Review all month-end closing activities including general ledger maintenance, balance sheet reconciliations and corporate/overhead cost allocation;
∎ Complete analysis of financial results; Develop recommendations, both strategic and tactical;
∎ Develop and maintain capital budget;
∎ Oversee cash flow planning, ensure availability of funds as needed, financing strategies & activities, as well as banking relationships;
∎ Handle all Banking activities including handling of Foreign Remittances;
∎ Handle Tax Holiday, Board of Investment (BOI) and Bangladesh issues;
∎ Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems;
∎ Maintain appropriate insurance coverage;
∎ Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile;
∎ Monitor the development and compliance of budgets;
∎ Develop financial business plans and forecasts;
∎ Any other assignment to be assigned by the management from time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Willingness to grow with the Company.
∎ Age limit 35 to 45 year(s). However, for highly experienced personnel age limit may be relaxed.
∎ Good knowledge in Computer specially in ERP, MS Office, Internet, etc;
∎ Good command in Bengali and English.
∎ Able to work independently and under pressure.
∎ Able to supervise a large Team.
∎ Strong analytical and communication ability.
∎ Should be self driven, result oriented, hard working.
∎ High level of professional integrity.

Salary: Negotiable
