Job Responsibilities:
∎ Execute and perform all sorts of responsibilities relating to financial administration and budgetary control of the Accounts and Finance Division as the Head & In-charge by taking, adapting and applying all sorts of means and measures to ensure maximum efficiency in the financial transactions, bank borrowings and budgetary control of different concerns with the highest level of integrity and to maximize the net assets of this group by utilizing, sharing and saving all sorts of resources, funds and capitals in the best and efficient manner and supervise and monitor the work-done outputs of the departmental heads and their subordinate staffs and officers in achieving their targets.
∎ The appointee shall be accountable to undertake & shoulder the holistic responsibility to execute, perform and preserve appropriate growth of the group's existing financial status.
∎ The appointee shall be delegated with his/her earnest capacity and efforts to prepare, format and introduce the appropriate Heads of Income and Expenditure Budget with computerized codes for all the concerns of this group and check, process and sign the relevant documents (vouchers of both credit and debit accounts) of every single financial transaction takes place every day before closing out the office and produce, post and submit the Summary Transaction Report (STR) for the day along with applicable cash flow statements, receipts and payments statements, bank reconciliation statements etc to the reporting authority. Daily Summary Transaction Reports (STR) are required to be accumulated one after another to produce a weekly Summary Transaction Report (STR) and at the end of the month Real-Time (Live) Transaction Report (LTR) along with the monthly cash flow statements, receipts and payments statements, bank reconciliation statements etc for the group and its sister & associate concerns are required to be produced, posted and submitted to the reporting authority by the 7th Day of the following month. He/she shall also be responsible to produce, sign and submit Quarterly, Half-yearly and Yearly detailed transaction reports of the group and its sister & associate concerns to the reporting authority in due course of time.
∎ The accumulated summation of the financial transactions either credited to or debited from the companies without affecting the reserve balance shall be the essence of evaluation of the performance of the appointee. That is to say- the accumulated summation of the financial transactions of all the debits from any company (or all the credits to any company) of this group in consideration to the Net Reserve Balance (Closing Reserve Balance/Opening Reserve Balance) shall be contributing certain credit points to evaluate the performance of the appointee.
∎ The appointee shall be responsible to allocate the most appropriate quantity of budgets for any department, division, enterprise or concern of this group which will be adequate to serve the purpose and at the same time contributing increments in the Net Worth of this group and its concerns. All the appropriate books of financial records for calculating this net worth shall be maintained and updated in the most conservative style according to the approval of the central management. The appointee shall be responsible to produce, sign and submit the Real-Time Balance Sheets (RBS) of the group and its sister & associate concerns for every financial term (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly) in due course of time to the reporting authority focusing the current status of the net worth of this group.
∎ The appointee shall be agreeable to undertake that he/she shall do, execute and perform his/her earnest efforts and endeavors to streamline the financial structure of this group within 3 (three) months from his/her date of joining.
∎ He/she shall be responsible to prepare, check and sign daily transaction sheets, disbursement notes, fund requisitions, fund transfer requisitions etc according to the budgetary control system to be introduced and implemented by him/her as per the policy and guidelines of the group and its sister & associate concerns
∎ The appointee shall prepare and produce appropriate projections and recommendations through the balance sheets and fund flow analysis of different companies under this group and shall submit those to the central management timely and regularly.
∎ He/she shall be entrusted to delegate his/her sincere efforts to ensure every financial transaction of the group and as well as its different associate & sister concerns according to the approved budgets properly and efficiently.
∎ The appointee shall be delegated to develop a most modern and efficient financial policy for the group and as well as for its different sister & associate concerns and shall try his/her level best to establish excellent financial discipline and order.
∎ The appointee shall take, adopt and apply all types of means of measures to acquire appropriate finance from sales, banks and other financial institutions and sources for the running projects of this group and its sister & associate concerns and shall propose adequate funding scopes and projections for future projects.
∎ The appointee shall be responsible to repay, refund and redeem all sorts of loans, advance against sales and other debts & liabilities taken by this group and its sister & associate concerns according to their terms and conditions considering the company's interest and goodwill in the top-most priority.
∎ The appointee shall delegate his responsibilities among the sub-ordinates for accounting and financial activities in the most efficient and impartial ways and supervise them time to time in a regular basis.
∎ The appointee shall prepare, produce and submit appropriate financial forecasts and projections for any sort of investment/loan in any new project or project expansion/diversification to the central management in the view of decision making regarding the desired investment or loan.
∎ The appointee shall prepare appropriate Action Plan for his/her team members and monitor the Work-done reports with due evaluation regularly.
∎ The appointee shall bear the company prescribed identity during the office hours and at all the time of his/her outdoor activities as well.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 48 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have strong personality and management guidance with all aspects of the organizational activities.
∎ Must have capable to interact with inter departments to resolve issues and capable of handling the company's accounts affairs.
∎ Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and familiarity with relevant computer software's.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Group of Companies, Real Estate, Multinational Companies
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
∎ Good working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 software.
∎ Proficiency in MS-Office (Word-Excel- PowerPoint)
∎ Good English communication, presentation skill & be a team player.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive..

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Exclusive percentage of Net Cash Inflow of total borrowings/loans from Banking sources and/or other Financial Institutions upon disbursement.Exclusive percentage of Net Cash Outflow of total repayments/refunds towards Banking sources and/or other Financial Institutions upon complete amortization of liabilities.
