- মেডিকেল টেকনোলজিস্ট (ল্যাব) হিসেবে কমপক্ষে ১ বছরের কাজের বাস্তব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে।
- হেমাটোলজি, বায়োকেমিস্ট্রি, হিস্টোপ্যাথলজি ও মাইক্রোবায়োলজি, কিউসি ও ক্যালিব্রেশন সম্পর্কে ভালো ধারণা ও দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
Responsibilities & Context:
- রিপোর্ট লেখার ও বিশ্লেষণের দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
- কম্পিউটার এবং ল্যাব সফটওয়্যারের ওপর দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
- টিমের সঙ্গে কাজ করার মনোভাব ও নেতৃত্বের গুণাবলী থাকতে হবে।
