Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement Annual Action Plan of relevant project/ program, so that project/organization goals are achieved
∎ Prepare monthly work plan in line with Annual Plan of the project and implement with regular tracking progress (output and outcome level)
∎ Prepare relevant reports and submit to the donors as per prescribe reporting format. i.e monthly report, quarterly report and annual report of the project
∎ Provide necessary input for developing of new project proposal, prepare budget and develop annual action plan of respective project
∎ Contribute to program development by facilitating need assessment and participatory stakeholder workshops, involving current agencies and other stakeholders
∎ Ensure that all donor contracts are compiled including narrative and financial reporting
∎ Provide support to Bandhu Management in revising plans, strategies, policies mission and visions.
∎ Provide periodic updates/progress of EU projects to Executive Director and respective portfolio
∎ Develop linkages with concerned external stakeholders, implementing partners at local level
∎ Arrange and facilitate the advocacy involving local level stakeholders
∎ Facilitate the training as per project design and develop knowledge management product for future documentation
∎ Regular liaison and maintain appropriate record on program development correspondences, and activities between head office and project offices
∎ Assist to development proposal for the organization and work on FD6 in Bangla
∎ Develop press release and linkage with the media both Print and Electronic
∎ Build coordination by holding meetings with alliance members
∎ Assist the Director PA & HR to conduct Policy and Advocacy at national level
∎ Assist the Central M&E and Consultant to conduct study/mapping/ assessment/ evaluation and develop ToR for the consultant
∎ Conduct periodic field monitoring as per project requirements and comply with other staffs monitoring findings as like the Director PA &HR, Central M&E and Project officers
∎ Willing to travel frequently in implementing areas (i.e Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi)
∎ Perform any other duties that may be required for the project and assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Ability to interact professionally with a diverse population
∎ Ability to exercise flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
∎ Ability to communicate effectively both in Bangla and English
∎ Ability to perform as a Project Focal
∎ Demonstrate good report writing skills in English and skills on designing and graphics
∎ Demonstrate organization and project management skills
∎ Ability to plan, evaluate and meet deadlines
∎ Good analytical skills and fluent in English
∎ • Ability to learn or possess knowledge of a wide range of information technologies, coalition and networks methods and trends.
Salary: Tk. 54612 (Monthly)
