Job Responsibilities:
∎ Training needs analysis, training curriculum, lesson plan, module and material development.
∎ Training organizes, coordinates, facilitation & manages training effectively
∎ Enhance the capacity of trainer team
∎ Prepare a yearly budget of training center.
∎ Ensure all financial transactions are running as per organization & departmental policy.
∎ Lead whole team (service & academy) of the training center.
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 3 years’ experience in the development sector especially in Micro Finance sector.
∎ Hands-on experience in training and development.
∎ Very good analytical skills.
∎ Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, MS Word & MS Excel)
Salary: Tk. 55000 - 65000 (Monthly)
