Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Guide the entire daycare team and supervise the overall operation of the day care center
∎ Meet the Manager/ Coordinator periodically to report and review the objectives, plans, progress and evaluations of the project (operations and financial)
∎ Work cooperatively with the team in planning, developing and implementing various activities for the children
∎ Ensure the whole center is neat and clean and deal with any issue that arises
∎ Maintain good communication with parents and visitors
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment, and exploitation to achieve the project goals.
∎ Ensure proper learning and nurturing environment for children for their physical, mental and socio-emotional development.
