Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to supervisor regarding achieve the project goal.
∎ Take drive to implement the project activity and goal accordingly.
∎ Prepared monthly and quarterly report in consultant with line manager.
∎ Provide Psychosocial and Psychosexual (Mental health) counseling for targeted project participants and clients.
∎ He/she will be responsible for overall case management of mental health support for conditions like depression, anxiety, stress, adjustment problems, and networking with hospitals.
∎ He/she will be responsible for overall HIM center manage.
∎ Providing clear information about HIM initiatives among the project participants at the all level.
∎ Provide counselling on Gender Based Violence (GBV), Human Rights Violation (HRV), and STD to targeted project participants that have been aggravated during COVID-19 time.
∎ To raise awareness about the risk COVID-19 (corona virus) among MSM and transgender population.
∎ Referral counselling to Government/Private service organizations for COVID-19 testing and vaccination program.
∎ Performing transcription and conversion work during counselling, if needed.
∎ Preparation of counseling reports in regular basis and submit to the Supervisor.
∎ Provide support in monitoring the quality-of-service delivery and ensure appropriate steps are taken to enhance the quality-of-service delivery.
∎ Evaluate the qualitative and quantitative achievements as per work plan in accordance with the organizational Mission / Goals.
∎ Provide project information amongst the staff and beneficiaries.
∎ Assist program personnel of the project in case studies and success stories.
∎ Coordinate and update the management of the organization/ project focal on the progress made and challenges faced.
∎ Any other task assigned by Supervisor/management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Ability to write/produce reports.
∎ Ability to work under pressure & meet close deadlines.
∎ Knowledge on counseling of sexual and gender diverse groups will get preference.
∎ Influencing & persuasion skill.
∎ Knowledge of organizational learning, development and organizational behavior.
∎ Fluent in English and local language.
∎ Job location : Dhaka, Chattogram, Sylhet, Khulna, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Barisal, Rajshahi

Salary: Tk. 20478 (Monthly)
