Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Accounts/Finance from any reputed educational institutions
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
cash management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain Organizational daily balance
∎ Proper cash management (Cash Book/ Bank Book/ledgers etc)
∎ Keep vouchers and supporting documents in a proper manner
∎ Payment of expenses from petty cash
∎ Maintain accounts both manually and using accounting software independently
∎ Prepare and maintain all the vouchers, requisition slips & bills
∎ Prepare Fund Request, Petty cash statement
∎ Having up to date knowledge on VAT, Tax and Revenue matter dealing
∎ Ensure authenticity and proper calculation head before posting in the software
∎ Periodical reporting to the Head Of Department after finishing day
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Good knowledge on Accounting Basics
∎ Basic Computer skills especially MS Word, Excel and accounting software
∎ Sincerity and ability to work independently when need
∎ Excellent inter-personal skills, and the ability to establish and maintain effective working atmosphere
∎ Ability to work under-pressure, meet deadlines, priorities workload and 'multi-task'
∎ Assist to maintain accounts vouchers in accounting software.
Salary: Negotiable
