Responsibilities & Context:

Customer Support Associate (CSA)

A leading private commercial bank having 500+ branch network all over the country, is looking for fresh,

smart, energetic, self-motivated and hardworking individual to fulfill the growing need at entry level on

contract basis under the direct employment with the bank.

Requirements:

● Master’s degree in any discipline (2 First Class/Divisions)

● No 3rd Division/CGPA in any exam

● Age: Max 32 years

● Experience in bank/NBFI preferred

Key Competencies:

● Strong communication skills in both Bangla and English

● Smart and confident appearance with a pleasant personality

● Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

● Ability to work effectively under pressure

Responsibilities:

● Handle customer calls & queries professionally

● Support cash counter and collection operations

● Participate in call center shifts (24×7)

● Cross-sell banking products (incentive-based)

Salaries & Benefits:

● Gross Salary TK 20,000/- with festival bonus, Increment & Overtime incentives.

(Maximum salary & incentive payable – TK 50,000/- per month as per policy of the

bank.)
