Experience:
· High numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling cash.
· Problem-solving skills to identify and rectify discrepancies.
Manage petty cash for small operational expenses (e.g., fuel, cleaning supplies, workshop consumables etc).
Receive payments from customers for services, repairs, and parts.
Make payments to suppliers, vendors, and service providers as needed.
Maintain accurate records of all cash inflows and outflows.
Reconcile daily cash collections with invoices and receipts.
Maintain a cash book or digital ledger for all financial transactions.
File and organize receipts, invoices, payment vouchers, and customer payments.
Ensure all transactions are properly authorized by workshop management.
Track petty cash usage and request replenishments timely.
Safeguard cash and other financial instruments to prevent loss or theft.
Prepare for audits and provide required cash-related documents.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports for management review.
Notify management immediately of any cash discrepancies or unusual transactions.
Assist management in budgeting by providing accurate data on cash flow and expenses.
Monitor workshop spending trends and suggest cost control measures.
