Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Customer Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Selection of capable and potential trainees to fill up batch.
∎ Regularly conduct practical and theoretical training and ensure Participants skill.
∎ Ensure necessary teaching learning materials for theoretical and practical delivery.
∎ Provide mentoring support to targeted people/ learners to complete their training successfully
∎ Ensure learners attendance
∎ Able to prepare training material.
∎ Prepare Documentation regarding Training.
∎ Any work given by Line Manager/ Center in Charge.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Knowing Bangla Typing is must.
∎ Should have leadership skill.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Telecommunication/ Training based work/ Training.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with high level of emotional intelligence
∎ Experienced in managing large team is essential.

Salary: Negotiable
