Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates will have to make outbound calls to the USA.
∎ Candidates should take the challenge to fulfill sales targets.
∎ We are looking for a sales-motivated, confident Telemarketer for outbound Campaigns.
∎ Should have the good convincing skill and excellent sales skill.
∎ Making calls for international campaigns.
∎ Must have a good command of speaking English.
∎ Candidates should give clear information to the customer about our products.
∎ Candidates should elasticity personal performance report to the concerned authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have Excellent communication in English on USA based.
∎ Must have to be sales oriented.
∎ Willing to work at night shifts to match business hours in USA and CANADA (Bangladesh time 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM).
∎ Proper working Environment
∎ Updated Personal Computer or Laptop. Minimum 4th generation
∎ USB Headphone (That can be manageable after the selection)
∎ Minimum 5mbps Internet bandwidth.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 17000 (Monthly)
∎ highly attractive Sales incentive up to TK 25000.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays
