Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): International Call Center
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to receive inbound and generate outbound calls for appointment booking purposes.
∎ Sending and replying to emails to customers.
∎ 9 hours work shifts between 7 PM-7 AM.
∎ Working days: Monday-Friday (incl. Govt. Holiday).
∎ Candidates with an American/British/Australian accent will get the preference.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Candidate must have fluency in English
∎ Should have sound knowledge of Business communication (Oral & Written)
∎ American/British/Australian accent
∎ Should have the capability to understand USA, Canadian and Australian accent

Salary: Tk. 16000 - 20000 (Monthly)
