Educational Requirements:
∎ MUST have Bachelor's degree in Business (or Economics) from a reputed university;
∎ Master's in Business (or Economics) will be added advantage.
∎ 3 years minimum IB/ICGSE O level and A level experience (preferable IB teaching experience)

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Education and Training
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with the Curriculum Coordinator and School Principal
∎ - Ensure the effective delivery of the IB MYP/DP programme and to design and implement a high-quality, challenging and rigorous curriculum.
∎ - Plan and deliver lessons ensuring attention is given to appropriate differentiation in order to suit the individual needs of all students
∎ - Create inquiry-based classrooms that develop critical thinking skills, knowledge and a range of skills within an environment based on trust and respect
∎ - Become proficient in Managebac educational software
∎ - Learn and understand the Subject Study Guide.
∎ - Maintain a safe, conducive learning environment for students
∎ - Liaise with the Programme Coordinators and Curriculum Director to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum to specified classes
∎ - Participate and contribute in Programme meetings by collaborating with other teachers to deliver an interdisciplinary curriculum and share new ideas and subject knowledge
∎ - Communicate effectively with students, colleague
∎ - Participate in PTMs by updating progress of the students
∎ - Participate in school activities outside regular school hours, like Prep Duties and ASAs. (After School Activity)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must stay on campus full time
∎ Be able to work in a residential school with after school duties
∎ possess excellent communication skills and be willing to adapt to the demands of an international school, in particular he/she should be able to communicate effectively in English
∎ have a high level of understanding of current research as to how children learn and possess the ability to motivate students to perform at their best through differentiated instruction, and by using a variety of styles, be able to inspire mixed culture and ability classes, by creating challenging and engaging learning opportunities for all students
∎ support student needs in pastoral matters and study hall
∎ have the ability to manage a diverse and demanding workload

Salary: Negotiable
