Educational Requirements:
∎ MUST have Bachelor's degree in Business (or Economics) from a reputed university;
∎ Master's in Business (or Economics) will be added advantage.
∎ 3-5 years relevant experience with the A Level Business Management / Studies Cambridge curriculum.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Teach consistently high quality lessons in Secondary school for MYP and DP that meet the requirements of IB Curriculum.
∎ Be a role model for students, inspiring them to be actively interested in Business Management.
∎ To complete the relevant documentation to assist in the tracking of students work
∎ Prioritize and manage time effectively, ensuring continued professional development in line with the role
∎ To maintain discipline in accordance with the school procedures, and to encourage good practice with regard to punctuality, behavior, standards of work and homework
∎ Updating professional knowledge and expertise as appropriate to keep up to date with developments in teaching practice and methodology, in general, and in the IB curriculum area of Business Management.
∎ Work closely with Principal, Director Curriculum and Programme Coordinator.
∎ To lead, monitor and evaluate the assessment and feedback to students in line with whole school and department policy
∎ Assess, record and report on the attendance, progress, development and attainment of students and to
∎ keep such records as are required
∎ To take part in the staff development program by participating in arrangements for further training and professional development.
∎ To communicate effectively with the parents of students as appropriate in PTMs.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must stay on campus full time
∎ Be able to work in a residential school with after school duties
∎ possess excellent communication skills and be willing to adapt to the demands of an international school, in particular he/she should be able to communicate effectively in English
∎ have a high level of understanding of current research as to how children learn and possess the ability to motivate students to perform at their best through differentiated instruction, and by using a variety of styles, be able to inspire mixed culture and ability classes, by creating challenging and engaging learning opportunities for all students
∎ support student needs in pastoral matters and study hall
∎ have the ability to manage a diverse and demanding workload

Salary: Negotiable
