Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prospect leads and acquires qualified students interested in studying abroad.
∎ Provide strategic guidance to connect students with the right educational institution based on their needs.
∎ Perform outbound sales and account management activities, such as calls, emails, CRM logging, and virtual meetings with potential international students.
∎ Generate appointments through proactive outbound prospecting.
∎ Increase brand presence, lead generation, and customer acquisition in specified target markets.
∎ Manage a portfolio of student accounts to achieve long-term success and develop positive relationships with clients.
∎ Maintain high levels of customer interaction, conversion, and lead generation.
∎ Develop and implement strategic promotional strategies to publicize services and increase customer acquisition.
∎ Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
∎ Communicate with higher education institutions on behalf of students.
∎ Generate new business opportunities using existing and potential customer networks.
∎ Collaborate with the management and marketing team to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
∎ Recruit team members for the relevant department.
∎ Perform relevant tasks and projects assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 32 years
∎ Minimum CGPA of 3.20 out of 4.00
∎ Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla.
∎ At least 2 years of experience in client handling, customer support, and telecommunication.
∎ Ability to work under pressure situations.
∎ Humble and well-behaved.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
