Educational Requirements:
∎ Preferably a degree in Human Resources, Business or Economics with strong communication and writing skills in English.
∎ Candidates having background of English medium education will get preferences.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pursuing business opportunities with Development Partners, International NGOs, Governments and prime contractors as appropriate;
∎ Searching for new business opportunities through appropriate means;
∎ Initiate, develop, manage, and grow strategic relationships;
∎ Identify and develop new business opportunities with partners (both international & local);
∎ Co-ordinate or Lead proposal development activities when appropriate;
∎ Responsible for planning and executing business development strategy and budget;
∎ Identify new opportunities from different sources including internet and newspapers;
∎ Prepare GM, to check financial viability of the project;
∎ Prepare the EOI & Proposal write-ups;
∎ Search, select and negotiate with appropriate experts (both International & National) for the project, communicate with them and prepare the CVs as per the client requirements;
∎ Compile, format and submit the proposal as per the client's requirements;
∎ Keep track of the submitted EOIs and Proposals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 1 or 2 years of experience is preferable
∎ Advance level skills on Microsoft Office software;
∎ Able to make informed decisions and work under pressure;
∎ Results oriented and a team player.
Salary: Negotiable
