Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate and recommend business development strategies to the CEO that align with the company's goals and objectives.
∎ Creating custom and standard reports for sales, marketing and management, facilitating the decision-making process by performing market strategy analysis.
∎ Performing competitor analysis towards an increased market share and coordinating with departments to identify cost-reduction possibilities.
∎ Analyzing the financial/ business data by collecting, monitoring, and creating financial models to guide the decision-making process for strategic plans.
∎ Conduct and coordinate financial, product, market, operational and related research to support strategic and business planning within the various departments.
∎ Analyzing consumer behaviour trends and anticipating market trends to develop solutions to the problems our customers are facing by working with the Marketing department.
∎ Reporting relevant findings from the strategies implementation, giving insight for improvements to the company's senior management.
∎ Work with department heads to create and execute department-specific KPIs and goals.
∎ Searching for potential opportunities and threats, channels, and business partners for business expansion within the market industry.
∎ Working with business channels/ departments to identify opportunities to improve/ enhance sales and profitability by conducting operational & financial analysis and coordinating the projects accordingly.
∎ Providing recommendations to resolve business issues and implement solutions in organizational effectiveness/development, strategic planning, and investment evaluation.
∎ Compiling monthly business priority points/ strategy of all channels and submitting to Managing Director & CEO.
∎ Monitor market and industry trends and provide regular updates to the Managing Director & CEO and department heads.
∎ For time-to-time assignments, work with the Managing Director and CEO.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
∎ Knowledge of financial modelling and data analysis techniques.
∎ Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
∎ Advance level MS Excel Skills
∎ Advanced level of English proficiency
∎ Experience in the Retail industry is a plus
