Job Context:
∎ Having excellent working and office environments, engaged in different projects/ business with Local/foreign companies intends to employ in the post of Business Development Executive.
∎ Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build relationships with prospective clients
∎ Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
∎ Manage sales pipeline
∎ Analyze market and establish competitive advantages
∎ Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
∎ Drive sales performance through implementation of sales and marketing initiatives, actively approach potential business clients
∎ Work experience in field of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) is preferred.
∎ Regularly visit client offices and must submit report to office.
∎ Maintain relationship with existing clients with proper support & develop relationship with new clients for expansion of product line.
∎ Responsible for sales promotions, and marketing status.
∎ Submission of Daily, weekly visiting Activity report to the top management.
∎ Establish trust-based relationships with clients to better serve their organizations
∎ Communicate effectively with all clients including senior officials in a structured manner.
∎ Develop your leadership style, leveraging your own passions, strengths, and personal values.
∎ Effective communication skills in English.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years

∎ Strong Convincing Skills in Marketing and Sales.
