Job Responsibilities:
∎ Duties & Responsibilities business development
∎ Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
∎ Identify and generate business development ideas and collaborate with team members to implement the plans.
∎ Work with all major and independent record and entertainment distributors
∎ seek ways of improving the way the business operates
∎ meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
∎ Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them
∎ Maintain an awareness of competitor activity and make recommendations to the leadership team
∎ Identify revenue gaps and implement relevant strategies to achieve targets
∎ Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations

Salary: Tk. 38000 - 40000 (Monthly)
