Responsibilities & Context:
  • A Branch Manager is responsible for guiding prospective students through the enrollment process for government job and BCS preparation courses.

  • Provide expert advice on course options, fees, and career paths related to government service.

  • Admissions Management: Efficiently manage all aspects of student enrollment, including form processing, fee collection, and record keeping.

  • Query Resolution: Serve as the primary contact, resolving student and guardian inquiries about courses, exams, and the admission procedure.
