Core Responsibilities:

• Pick-up and Delivery: Collecting items from a designated location and delivering them to the recipient's address. 

• Route Planning: Determining the most efficient route to minimize travel time and ensure timely delivery. 

• Traffic Navigation: Safely navigating through city traffic while adhering to traffic laws. 

• Customer Interaction: Interacting with customers, potentially providing updates, and ensuring a positive delivery experience. 

• Package Handling: Ensuring packages are handled with care and delivered in good condition. 

• Documentation: Maintaining records of deliveries, including signatures or other confirmations as needed. 

Additional Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the Bike: Ensuring the bike is in good working order and reporting any mechanical issues. 

• Following Safety Regulations: Adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations. 

• Communication: Reporting any delays or issues to the relevant personnel (e.g., dispatcher). 

• Handling Payments: In some cases, handling cash or other forms of payment upon delivery. 

• Providing Excellent Customer Service: Being polite and helpful when interacting with customers.
