Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Pick-up and Delivery: Collecting items from a designated location and delivering them to the recipient's address.
∎ Route Planning: Determining the most efficient route to minimize travel time and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Traffic Navigation: Safely navigating through city traffic while adhering to traffic laws.
∎ Customer Interaction: Interacting with customers, potentially providing updates, and ensuring a positive delivery experience.
∎ Package Handling: Ensuring packages are handled with care and delivered in good condition.
∎ Documentation: Maintaining records of deliveries, including signatures or other confirmations as needed. Additional Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining the Bike: Ensuring the bike is in good working order and reporting any mechanical issues.
∎ Following Safety Regulations: Adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
∎ Communication: Reporting any delays or issues to the relevant personnel (e.g., dispatcher).
∎ Handling Payments: In some cases, handling cash or other forms of payment upon delivery.
