Job Responsibilities:
∎ Checks the daily arrival list for guests with special need
∎ Present at the Concierge/Reception desk or in the lobby; ready to assist guests and visitors when requested
∎ Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage and equipment in an efficient and timely manner
∎ Tag baggage's and return the identification slips to guests
∎ Update the Luggage movement register

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2+ years of experience in relevant fields; preferably in Tourism & hospitality industry
∎ Customer service orientation
