Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coffee Preparation: You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and cold brews. This involves grinding coffee beans, pulling shots of espresso, steaming milk, and ensuring consistent quality in every cup. Minimum 5 latte art is required as experties.
∎ Menu Knowledge: Having an in-depth understanding of our coffee menu and being able to recommend and explain different coffee options to customers is essential. You will assist customers in choosing the perfect coffee that suits their taste preferences and provide detailed information about origin, flavor profiles, and brewing methods.
∎ Customer Service: Delivering exceptional customer service is a top priority at Bhalogari Cafe. As a Barista, you will warmly greet customers, take orders, and handle payments. You will also engage with customers, create a welcoming atmosphere, and ensure their overall satisfaction.
∎ Cleanliness and Organization: Maintaining a clean and organized work area is crucial to meet health and safety standards. You will be responsible for cleaning espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment regularly. Additionally, you will help with general café cleaning tasks, restocking supplies, and maintaining an aesthetically pleasing environment for customers.
∎ Team Collaboration: Working collaboratively with other team members, including fellow baristas and the café manager, is essential to ensure smooth operations. You will communicate effectively, assist in covering shifts when needed, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 40 years
∎ Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred, but we also welcome passionate individuals who are eager to learn.
∎ Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 12000 (Monthly)
∎ Sales commission will be added to your salary. You can make it up to 20k to 30k if you increase sales.
