Responsibilities & Context:
- Overall Academic Planner under the Principal.
- Prepare overall annual academic planning of the institution.
- Prepare Academic Calendar and Syllabus for the students.
- Supervise performance and progress of faculty members.
- Monitor classes regularly.
- Maintain good communication with the guardians.
- Assist all class teachers, subject teachers, and Admin staff for ensuring smooth academic operation.
- Planning need-based program for the students, especially for weak learners.
- Conduct teachers’ training and monitor practical implementation of different training modules.
- Prepare and handle admission process.
- Prepare and moderate questions as well as assist in conducting examinations.
