Position Overview
The Asst. Sales Manager (Corporate) will drive revenue growth by taking ownership of finalizing client agreements while achieving, leading and mentoring the corporate sales team. The role involves personal sales (B2B), overseeing field operations, conducting project/service presentations, and ensuring team performance aligns with company goal and objectives. Frequent travel across the selected cities/districts is required to find and convert opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Sales Finalization
Corporate presentation, lead final negotiations, and accomplish agreements with prospective clients.
Ensure conversion of high-potential leads into confirmed clients, thereby contributing directly to the organizational revenue goal.
Consistently achieve and surpass assigned personal sales targets.
Team Support and Supervision
Train, oversee, and guide the corporate sales team in lead generation, client approaches, and submitting proposals.
Monitor progress, provide guidance, and intervene at critical stages to ensure successful outcomes.
Ensure accountability and timely execution of daily and monthly targets across the team.
Achievement of Team Objectives
Drive both individual and collective (team) sales goals in line with company targets.
Provide direction, motivation, and structured field support to optimize team productivity.
Oversight of Workshops and Events
Supervise the planning and execution of project/service workshops, demonstrations, and promotional activities, focusing on AI and EduCare.
Actively participate in high-impact events to secure prospective client commitments.
Sales Strategy and Coordination
Assist in designing and implementing sales strategies, promotional initiatives, and campaign execution plans.
Ensure that field activities remain consistent with broader organizational objectives.
Training and Capability Development
Identify performance gaps and provide coaching or arrange structured training sessions for the corporate sales team.
Facilitate regular knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance team effectiveness.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Maintain accurate documentation of finalized contracts, sales activities, and event outcomes.
Submit comprehensive performance reports to senior management, including insights and recommendations.
Any Other Task/Assignments
Any other tasks/assignments given by the Company from time to time.
Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 BDT
Variable Salary: 20,000 BDT
