Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate records of VAT invoices, returns, and input/output credit statements.
∎ Assist in preparing and filing monthly/quarterly VAT or GST returns as per statutory deadlines.
∎ Ensure proper classification of input and output taxes and timely reconciliation of tax accounts.
∎ Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary VAT and tax documents.
∎ Ensure proper filing and archiving of VAT records for future reference and inspections.
∎ Track and maintain records of goods received and dispatched with tax invoices.
