Job Context:
∎ TMSS LPG Ltd is currently looking for a qualified professional for Customer Care as Asst. Manager/Sr. Executive for answering customers` queries, resolving problems, and maintaining customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources.
∎ To be successful as a customer support executive, he/she should display excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as professional appearance. An outstanding customer support executive should possess a proven track record of successful customer service and management skills.
∎ Job Location: Corporate office, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish and maintain effective communication channels with customers, responding to inquiries via all communication platforms. He/she will have to attain a dedicated Hotline number, provided by the company.
∎ Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing exceptional service.
∎ Oversee the order processing and fulfillment process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of LP Gas products to customers.
∎ Gather feedback from customers and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in products, services, and customer care processes.
∎ Generate regular reports on customer care performance, customer feedback, and key performance indicators. Provide updates to senior management.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty, including loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives.
∎ Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, distribution and supply chain, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
∎ Develop contingency plans and protocols for managing customer-related crises or emergencies.
∎ Ensure that customer care activities align with the overall objectives and vision of TMSS LP Gas Limited.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant industry.
∎ Experience in sales will be highly appreciable.
∎ Problem-solving ability and finding innovative solutions.
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ An overall "CAN DO" attitude.
