Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Estimate new and proposed costs of production.
∎ Collect and analyze information to determine costs of business activities such as the purchase of raw materials and costs of the production process, Overhead cost allocation.
∎ Analyze collected information as well as keep records of their findings and results.
∎ Ability to analyze Product costing, Contribution Margin (CM) analysis, Break Even Point (BEP) analysis, and Margin of Safety (MS) analysis.
∎ Analyze changes in the methods of production, goods, and services provided, and even raw materials to know how they affect the cost.
∎ Analyze and prepare reports periodically for the difference between actual production costs and standard costs.
∎ Maintain the documentation of data and any statistical arrangement in cost analysis.
∎ Provide product costing expertise to Product Development team during product creation cycles to advise on key cost drivers and options to adjust costs to meet margin targets.
∎ Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.
∎ Developing/maintaining an effective cost accounting system to reduce costs and improve overall profitability.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis for management & stakeholders.
∎ Capable to do internal Audit, facilitate External Audit.
∎ Support business initiatives Through detained financial analysis and risk assessment.
∎ To maintain Daily checking (Journal, Purchase, sales & Collection) in ERP software.
