Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure execution of the developed sales strategies, objectives, goals and targeted revenue generation.
∎ Maintain contact with key markets by visiting and investigating the operations and local conditions.
∎ Maximize sales growth from existing customers through the development of new sales and customer support strategies and achieving specific volume growth targets in the assigned area(s) of the business.
∎ Have continuous engagement with customers to maintain close relationships and ensure ongoing success with accounts.
∎ Demonstrate solid decision-making skills and ability to prioritize ever-changing daily tasks.
∎ Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts.
∎ Prepare Sales forecast.
∎ Collaborate with operational team members to develop pricing/ rates and schedules.
∎ Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
∎ Achieve the monthly Sales target through comprehensive drive by creating customer cluster.
∎ Participate the morning briefing to know daily objectives and action plan
∎ Daily effective follow up with existing and potential customers to increase the sales
∎ Sound knowledge Promotional Activities and Marketing Campaigns
∎ Ensure that proper receiving and/or dispatching is followed as per company procedures
∎ Compile customers' feedback and address the same;
∎ CREATE POWERPOINT PRESENTATIONS FOR CLIENTS.
∎ Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions to ensure positive business deals.
∎ Assist in creating positive responses to potential clients.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Minimum 1-3 years' experience in sales field,
∎ Skills Required: Customer Service
∎ Media, Agency, Advertisement firm, Interior decoration sales & marketing experienced will be preferred.
∎ Computer operation & project proposal concept making knowledge is also preferred.
∎ Excellent communication skill in English both writing and speaking
∎ Female candidates are preferred.
