∎ The candidate should have at least 1 to 5 years of proven experience in marketing properties, obtaining leads for the sales team to pursue, and constantly finding ways to innovate and integrate new ideas into the company.
∎ Highly knowledgeable in the Land/Real Estate business and the current market scenario.
∎ Experience in forecasting sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning and execution.
∎ Ability to take on challenges to achieve the sales target.
∎ Should have a positive mindset to achieve targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis with a strategic marketing plan.
∎ Must be self-motivated and dynamic.
∎ Strong skills in corporate sales planning and implementation.
∎ Any other task assigned by management.
∎ Strong understanding of the real estate market and its current trends.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
∎ Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
